The E-Tebligat Automation Gap

The National Electronic Notification System (UETS / E-Tebligat) has revolutionized judicial communication in Turkey. However, the official portal remains a siloed environment. Law firms are forced to manually check the system or rely on generic email alerts. Integrating these notifications directly into specialized case management systems (CMS) or CRMs is a high-priority challenge, as missing a notification deadline has severe legal consequences. Since an official, open REST API for third-party CRM integration is tightly restricted, innovative engineering is required.

Reverse Engineering the Notification Stream

By analyzing the network traffic of the official UETS desktop client, we can identify the polling mechanisms and endpoint structures used to fetch new notifications. The system utilizes a specialized SOAP interface enveloped in WS-Security headers. Creating a bridging service involves constructing a middleware application that mimics the authentication handshake of the official client using the lawyer's e-signature token.

This middleware acts as a dedicated webhook provider. It polls the UETS servers at regular intervals, decodes the incoming SOAP responses, and transforms the rigid XML data into modern JSON payloads. These payloads can then be pushed to standard webhook endpoints within a law firm's CRM.

Mapping Data to CRM Entities

The true value lies in the intelligent parsing of the notification metadata. The extracted JSON must be mapped to existing entities within the CMS.

• Court Information: Extracted from the sender metadata to automatically route the notification to the responsible department.
• Case Number (Esas No): Parsed from the subject line using regex to link the document directly to the active case file.
• Deadline Calculation: The read receipt timestamp is used to automatically generate calendar events and task deadlines for the assigned attorneys.

By implementing this reverse-engineered bridge, legal teams eliminate manual data entry, reduce the risk of human error, and ensure that every critical e-tebligat is immediately actionable within their customized workflow environment. It transforms a passive notification system into an active driver of legal strategy.
